From 1 January 2026, our HIPPY program in Emerton will be delivered by Ngroo Education, a respected local Aboriginal community-controlled organisation. Catholic Care will continue supporting families alongside Ngroo Education and HIPPY Australia, ensuring the program remains strong, culturally aligned, and continues to nurture children’s learning and parent–child bonds.

About HIPPY

The Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY) is a fun, free, home-based early learning and parenting program.

HIPPY is an effective way to support early-childhood learning in the home – delivering great outcomes for children, parents and the community. It works with families with young children in the pre-school years.
