Service Wide Fee Schedule Effective CCS Year 2022/2023
Standard Permanent Care:
Range: $10.10 to $14.40 per hour.
Minimum booking of 8 hours per day.
Standard hours are from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Fees are charged at the minimum hours or actual booked hours, whichever is greater.
Non-Standard Permanent Care:
$2 per hour more than Standard or Holiday^ rate.
Non-standard hours are before 8am and after 6pm Monday to Friday (*excluding Before & After School Care bookings).
^School Holiday rate used for school age only services.
Part Time Position:
Fee equivalent to Standard and Non-Standard rate as above. Minimum hours set by the Educator and dependent upon availability.
Part time position available by OFFER ONLY – at Educator discretion.
Position only allocated if a gap of 15 minutes is maintained between bookings for the same ratio position.
Position remains Part Time until mutual agreement to change to Standard/Non-Standard conditions and a new booking is made.
Before or After School Care:
Before School Rate (Min booking 1 to 2 hours).
Range: $9.80 to $13.70 per hour.
After School Rate (Min booking 1 to 3 hours).
Range: $9.80 to $13.70 per hour.
Before or After School Care applies to children requiring care before school commences or after school finishes. Provision of transport dependent upon individual Educator and is reflected within the rate.
*Only the Before or After School fee applies for school age children and the Non-Standard fee is not applicable.
No fees are payable during school holidays or pupil free days.
School Holiday/Pupil Free Day Care:
Range: $9.80 to $14.20 per hour.
Minimum booking of 6 hours per day.
Standard and Non-Standard Hours as above.
School Holiday/Pupil Free Day Care rate applies to all school age children during school holidays and/or pupil free days.
Fees liable unless Two (2) business days’ notice of cancellation given in writing.
Saturday Care: $19.00 per hour
Sunday Care: $20.50 per hour
Minimum booking of 6 hours per day.
Fees liable unless 24 hours’ notice of cancellation given in writing.
Overnight Care:
$19.00 per hour.
Overnight fees liable between the hours of 6pm and 8am when the child stays overnight. Approved Service permission required prior to evening, overnight and/or care exceeding 24 continuous hours.
Casual Care:
$2 per hour more than Standard or Holiday^ rate.
Minimum booking of 4 hours per day.
Casual Care applies to irregular care where there is not a permanent booking on the day the Casual Care is required.
Fees liable unless 24 hours’ notice of cancellation given in writing.
Casual fees do not apply to relief care arrangements.
