At Catholic Care, we understand the importance of safe, high quality early learning and care.

Established for over 45 years, Western Sydney Family Day Care (formerly Baulkham Hills Family Day Care) run by Catholic Care has more than 50 locations throughout Western Sydney, Hills, Hawkesbury, and surrounding districts. The service provides family day care as individual as your family.

Children aged 6 weeks to 12 years are nurtured in home-based environments and are always with the same Educator. Groups are small with a maximum of 4 children under school age, and 3 children over school age.

Fees and childcare subsidies

Using Family Day Care entitles eligible families to Government childcare subsidy fee assistance. This means your family may be able to access financial assistance to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses, through Centrelink.

The level of support your family can receive depends on a number of factors — combined income, the fees you are charged, and the number of hours you and your partner work, train or volunteer in a fortnight.
